Since 2008, GeniProcess established a Quality Management System (QMS) which applies to the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2008 through continual improvements by the quality policy, quality objectives, audits results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions and management review.

For the QMS design and implementation GeniProcess has: 

Determined the processes needed for the QMS and their application throughout the organization and documented them on the Process Flow Diagram (Attached) at the end of this Quality Manual.Determined the sequence and interaction of these processes.Ensured the continuing availability of resources and information necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes. Established systems to monitor measure and analyse these processes.  Established processes to identify and implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.

The CEO of GeniProcess has appointed the Business Development Manager to be the Management Representative, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the quality system and the company's striving for continual improvement of efficiency and performance effectiveness by:  

Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established and implemented.Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system, and note needed improvements.Promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation.Acting as a liaison with external parties such as customers or auditors on matters relating to the QMS.

Since 2011 and up until today, GeniProcess has been an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.
