HISTORY

1999 – Foundation

1999 – Foundation, first exclusive agency and major contract

In 1999 – Foundation, first exclusive agency and major contract Establishment of GeniProcess International as a joint-stock company. The company secured its first major contract with Alcatel, marking the beginning of its trusted partnerships in the industry. The company also became the exclusive agent for the european towers manufacturer CGTI.

2003

2003 - Expansion into regional markets

In 2003, Geniprocess International opened a subsidiary in Algeria. By 2005, the company had successfully expanded its operations beyond Egypt, providing network installation and maintenance services in African and Middle Eastern countries. This milestone solidified the company’s reputation as a reliable regional player in telecommunications contracting.

2009

2009 – Strategic Partnership with Global Telecom Providers

 GeniProcess International entered into strategic partnerships with leading global telecom providers, enabling the company to deliver large-scale projects, such as nationwide mobile network rollouts and infrastructure upgrades. These collaborations marked a significant step toward international recognition.

2013

2013 - Achieving main triple ISO certification

In 2012, GeniProcess International achieved a significant milestone by becoming certified in ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management). This achievement anchored our company’s reputation as a trusted and responsible leader in the telecommunications industry. The OHSAS 18001 certification was later changed to become the ISO 45001 certification standards.

2017

2017 – Development of Proprietary Software Solutions

To enhance operational efficiency and project management, GeniProcess International launched its first proprietary software solutions division, in order to optimize telecommunications network planning, reduce downtime, and ensure project milestones were met with precision.

2018

2018 – Achieving the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification
