1999 – Foundation

1999 – Foundation, first exclusive agency and major contract

In 1999, GeniProcess International was established as a joint-stock company. That same year, we secured our first major contract with Alcatel, marking the start of trusted partnerships in the telecom industry. We also became the exclusive agent for the European tower manufacturer CGTI.

2003

2003 - Expansion into regional markets

In 2003, GeniProcess International opened a subsidiary in Algeria. By 2005, we expanded our operations beyond Egypt, providing network installation and maintenance services across Africa and the Middle East. This step strengthened our position as a reliable regional player in telecommunications contracting.

2009

2009 – Strategic Partnership with Global Telecom Providers

In 2009, GeniProcess entered strategic partnerships with leading global telecom providers. These alliances enabled us to deliver nationwide mobile network rollouts and major infrastructure upgrades. The collaborations marked a key step toward international recognition.

2013

2013 - Achieving main triple ISO certification

In 2012, GeniProcess achieved ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety) certifications. These milestones confirmed our role as a responsible and trusted leader in telecommunications. Later, OHSAS 18001 transitioned to ISO 45001, reinforcing our dedication to workplace safety and excellence.

2017

2017 – Development of Proprietary Software Solutions

In 2017, GeniProcess launched its proprietary software division to enhance project management and operational efficiency. The new platform optimized telecom network planning, reduced downtime, and ensured every project milestone was achieved with precision.

2018

2018 – Achieving the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification

In 2018, GeniProcess earned the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, confirming our commitment to data privacy and information security in all operations.
